Mit 16 Jahren Tänzerin bei den Ziegfeld Follies, erste Filmrollen in Alter von 20 Jahren - ihre Rollen blieben eher ausdruckslos. THE BLACK PIRATE an der Seite von Douglas Fairbanks blieb ihr bester und bekanntester Film. 1932 zog sich Billie Dove gänzlich vom Film zurĂĽck.
