Otto Wallburg was born under the given name Otto Maximilian Wasserzug on February 21, 1889 in Berlin. He was a German Actor, known for Ball im Savoy (1934), Abenteuer eines Zehnmarkscheines (1926), Bomben auf Monte Carlo (1931), Otto Wallburg's first movie on record is from 1926. Otto Wallburg died on October 28, 1944 in KZ Auschwitz. His last motion picture on file dates from 1938.
Biographical Notes in German: Lehrling in einer Maschinenfabrik, abends an der Reinhardt-Schule. Als jugendlicher Held Theater in Berlin, 1916 im Krieg schwer verwundet. 1925 nach Berlin ins komische Fach. Durch Joe May zum Film.
1944 in den Niederlanden denunziert, im Juli nach Teresienstadt. Am 28. Oktober 1944 nach Auschwitz deportiert, wo Otto Wallburg wenige Tage später in der Gaskammer endete.
