Biographical Notes in German: 1920 als Sohn jüdischer Wanderschauspieler geboren (das NS-Regime überlebte er im englischen Exil), begann er nach dem Krieg als Autodidakt eine schauspielerische Karriere, die an Vielseitigkeit kaum zu überbieten ist. Neben seiner Arbei am Theater bei Film,Funk und Fernsehen brillierte er als Chansonsänger und Entertainer, als Charlestontänzer und Vortragskünstler.
Gerry Wolff starb am 16. Februar 2005 in Oranienburg
