Biographical Notes in German: eigentlich Nicolina Dijjers Liefjes, Schauspielerin holländischer Herkunft, nach anderen Informationen am 5. November 1910 geboren. Fritz Lang entdeckte sie für seinen Film "Spione", wo sie an der Seite von Gerda Maurus spielte. Vom Ende der Zwanziger Jahre bis circa 1935 hatte sie eine erfolgreiche Karriere im deutschn Film, 1935 verliess sie mit ihrem Ehemann, dem jüdischen Regisseur und Produzent Alfred Zeisler Deutschland und gin zuerst nach England, später in die USA, ohne dort im Film zu reussieren.
