Til Erwig was born on August 29, 1940 in Karlsruhe. He is a German Actor, Producer, known for Fugger aus Augsburg (1982), Timm Thaler (1978), Russige Zeiten (1991), Til Erwig's first movie on record is from 1964. His last motion picture on file dates from 1998.
Biographical Notes in German: Til Erwig absolvierte zuerst eine Schauspiel-Ausbildung und war danach an verschiedenen Bühnen engagiert, u.a. unter Heinz Hilbert am Deutschen Theater in Göttingen,, an den Städtischen Bühnen Ulm, unter Kurt Hübner und Peter Zadek, an den Hamburger Kammerspielen unter Ida Ehre. Im Fernsehen hat er in über 130 Filmen und Serienrollen unter Regisseuren wie Eberhard Fechner, Frank Guthke, Rolf Hädrich, TomToelle und Dieter Wedel mitgewirkt.
Seir 1981 ist Til Erwig auch als Drehbuch-Autor erfolgreich. Im Jahre 1982 gründete er - zusammen mit Erich Neureuther und Wilfried Seegers - die Modern Media Filmproduktion und 1988 - zusammen mit Dr. Stefan Schulz-Dornburg - die Oberon Media Service Film GmbH. Im September 1993 erfolgte mit Michal Strack die Gründung der E&P Til Erwig & Partner Film GmbH Fernsehproduktion KG in München.
