Otto Kronburger was born on May 5, 1889 in München. He is a German Actor, known for An heiligen Wassern (1932), Das Donkosakenlied (1929), Alles weg'n dem Hund (1935), Otto Kronburger's first movie on record is from 1915. His last motion picture on file dates from 1944.
Biographical Notes in German: Schauspieler des deutschen Stumm- und Tonfilms, geboren 1899 in München, Schauspielunterricht bei Otto König und Albert Steinrück, erstes Engagement 1906 am Volkstheater in München, später an den Münchner Kammerspielen. Erster Film 1915 bei Urban Gad, in den Zwanziger Jahren einige Hauptrollen. Schon nach wenigen Jahren im Film nur noch in Nebenrollen beschäftigt, setzte er dennoch seine Karriere auch im Tonfilm der Dreissiger Jahre fort. In den Kriegsjahren vor allem mit Tourneebühnen unterwegs, letzte Filmrolle 1942, 1944 dann noch Regisseur des Stadttheaters von Karlsbad. Über sein weiteres Schicksal ist nichts bekannt. (lhg 2011)
