Sandra Milowanoff was born under the given name Aleksandra von Mekk on June 23, 1892 in St.Petersburg. She was a Russian Herec, known for La proie du vent (1927), Après 'Mein Kampf' - Mes Crimes (1940), Dans la nuit (1929), Sandra Milowanoff's first movie on record is from 1917. Sandra Milowanoff died on May 8, 1957 in Paris. Her last motion picture on file dates from 1950.
