Biographical Notes in German: Nach anderen Quellen am 9. April 1899 geboren, kam mit 17 Jahren zur Triangle und wurde als Partnerin u.a. von Rudolph Valentino und Ramon Novarro zu einer beliebten Schauspielerin des amerikanischen Stummfilms. Ihre bekannteste Rolle dürfte sie als ägyptische Prinzessin in der Stummfilmversion von Ben Hur 1925 gespielt haben. Im Juni 1929 heiratete sie (in zweiter Ehe) den Anwalt Ralph Blum und zog sich 1934 vom Kino zurück. Anfangs der 50er Jahre hatte sie unter dem Titel The Carmel Myers Show" ihre eigene Fernsehshow.
