"Meine Schwäche war, Filme anzunehmen, bei denen ich hätte nein sagen sollen.... Von den 30 Filmen, die ich gedreht habe, mag ich eigentlich nur 10 bis 12. Der Rest sind - wie wir zu sagen pflegten - Brot-und-Butter-Filme."
