Sängerin, Theater- und Filmschauspielerin, nach anderen Quellen am 17. März
1903 resp. 5. Februar 1904 geboren. Nach ersten Auftritten als Sopranistin
in Operetten, debütierte sie in einer "Zauberflöte" in Berlin, dann aber
vorwiegend in Wagner Opern. 1932 Heirat mit Gustav Fröhlich, beim Ausbruch
des Zweiten Weltkrieges Emigration in die USA, wo sie für René Clair in
seiner "Flame of New Orleans" ihren letzten Auftritt hatte.
