Synopsis in German
Hendrica van der Looy, eine schöne und umworbene Witwe, will nur dann noch einmal heiraten, wenn sie einem tatkräftigen Mann begegnet. Da lernt sie eines Tages Jan Miller kennen, einen ungeschliffenen Amerikaner, der sich sehr für sie interessiert. Sofort versucht sie, den Naturburschen zu zähmen, macht sich aber gleichzeitig über ihn lustig.
