Synopsis in German
Der Cowboy John Brant, unschuldig wegen Totschlags zu einer Haftstrafe verurteilt, bricht aus dem Gefängnis aus. Auf der Jagd nach dem wahren Täter schließt er sich einer Desperadobande an und wird der beste Freund des Bandenmitglieds Bob Jones, nicht ahnend, daß dieser der von ihm gesuchte Mann ist. Bob Jones ahnt die Zusammenhänge, aber weil die von beiden verehrte Sally Blake ihm klarmacht, wie sehr sich John als loyaler Freund erwiesen hat, opfert er bei einer Schießerei sein Leben für ihn.
