Synopsis in German
Detektivfilm mit Max Landa: Der Millionär Robert Raymond wird Opfer eines geheimnisvollen Mordes. Hauptverdächtige ist zunächst seine Nichte Mau-Fo, in die sich der berühmte Detektiv Max Landa Hals über Kopf verliebt. So lässt er nichts unversucht, ihre Unschuld zu beweisen. Zuerst fällt sein Verdacht auf ihre Cousine Mary, doch dann stellt sich heraus, dass Raymonds Sekretär Mary so wahnsinnig liebte, dass er, um ihr zu einem luxuriösen Lebensstil zu verhelfen, sogar bereit war, einen Mord zu begehen.
