Remarks and general Information in German: Die Liebesgeschichte eines Feuerwehrmann, über die familiären Beziehungen zwischen seiner Frau und Stiefsohn.

Der Film galt als verloren. Im Jahr 2008 fand man im Filmmuseum von Buenos Aires Teile eines sowjetischen Film mit einem spanischen Titel und spanischen Zwischentiteln. Um den Film zu identifizieren, wurden die Rollen nach Russland geschickt. Die Filmexperten Peter Bagrov und Jurij Tsivjan identifizierten sie als den als verschollen geltenden Film "Mein Sohn". Von den sieben Akten des Films haben fünf überlebt.

Die Längenangaben differieren, der Katalog "Sovjetskije Khudozhestvennyje Filmy" nennt als Gesamtlänge des Films fünf Akte, laut Agenturmeldungen und dem Katalogeintrag für Pordenone sind fünf der sieben Akte in einer Dauer von 49 Minuten erhalten.
