Die Uraufführung fand im März 1914 in Spanien statt, in Deutschland wurde der Film u.a. vom 27.-31.03.1915 im Residenztheater, Waldstrasse 30, Karlsruhe / Residenztheater, Schillerstrasse 22, Karlsruhe (as Die Mitternachtssonne) gezeigt.
