Synopsis in German
Schauspieler Max Walden ist in Deutschland sehr erfolgreich als Fernsehkommissar in einer Krimiserie. Sein Sohn Tom hat schon vor Jahren den Kontakt zum Vater abgebrochen, weil Max ihn und seine Mutter verlassen hat. Doch dann erfährt Max Walden, dass Tom in Irland nach einem angeblichen Selbstmordversuch im Koma liegt und des Mordes an seiner Geliebten verdächtigt wird. Max setzt sich sofort ins Flugzeug. Tom hat zwar den Sturz von den Klippen überlebt, aber als er erwacht, kann er sich an nichts mehr erinnern. Überzeugt, dass sein Sohn kein Mörder ist, beginnt Max auf eigene Faust zu ermitteln. Leider wollen weder Tom noch die Polizisten etwas von seiner Unterstützung wissen. Doch Max lässt sich nicht aufhalten. Er hat Indizien gefunden, die für Tom sprechen, und ist entschlossen, den wahren Täter zu überführen. Nicht zuletzt, damit er und sein Sohn sich endlich wieder näher kommen.
