Remarks and general Information in German: Il bambino felice. Una coppia di coniugi senza un soldo, che vive in una bidonville a sud di Tehran, dà alla luce il quarto figlio. Nella clinica ostetrica la donna viene informata del fatto che qualora il neonato non venisse ben nutrito sicuramente diventerà invalido. Poiché anche i tre figli precedenti della coppia sono infermi, i genitori decidono di affidare il bambino a qualcuno che possa nutrirlo e curarlo meglio di loro.
II episodio: Nascita di una vecchia. Un giovane ritardato mentale assiste l'anziana madre, muta e paralitica. Investito da un'automobile, viene trasportato in ospedale. Tornato a casa per riprendere ad accudirla, non si accorge che questa, nel corso della sua assenza, è morta.
III episodio: L'ambulante. Un gruppo di contrabbandieri criminali, che forniscono la merce anche ai venditori di strada, rapiscono un giovane ambulante durante il suo lavoro, perché ha assistito all'uccisione del suo amico 'Abbas. L'ambulante, che nella sua mente ha provato ad immaginare una serie di piani di fuga (tutti miseramente falliti), tenta di scappare, ma non vi riesce e viene ucciso. (rai-3)
