Synopsis in German
King ist um die 40 und führt eine Bar in Bor, einer heruntergekommenen Minenstadt in Serbien. Er ist ein Einzelgänger und lebt nur für das Hier und Jetzt und sein Motorrad. Vor Jahren hatte er eine Affäre mit Ruzica, der Frau seines besten Freunds Animal – was zu dessen Tod führte und Ruzica als Mörderin ins Gefängnis brachte. Nun will King mit niemand mehr etwas zu tun haben – ausser mit Zlatan, Animals etwas einfältigem jüngerem Bruder. King sorgt für ihn – aus Schuldgefühl oder Mitleid. Ruzica kommt aus dem Gefängnis und plant – obwohl ihr Herz immer noch für King schlägt –, Whitie zu heiraten, der ihr seine unerschütterliche Liebe bewiesen hat. Ihre Teenager-Tochter Rosa lebt ausschweifend und exzessiv, ein Opfer von Alkohol und Drogen. Eines Nachts trifft sie den legendären King zum ersten Mal. Der wiederum fühlt sich zu ihr hingezogen – sei es nun wegen ihrer Jugend, ihres ungezähmten Wesens, das seinem so ähnlich ist, oder der Ähnlichkeit mit ihrer Mutter: Er weiss es nicht und will es auch nicht wissen.
