Synopsis in German
Lange schon liebt die Krankenhausärztin Margarita ihren alten Freund Grigori - ohne jede Hoffnung, dass sie einmal glücklich mit ihm werden könnte. Denn Grigori ist verheiratet und eine Scheidung kommt nicht in Frage. Eines Tages erscheint er aufgeregt bei ihr in der Klinik und berichtet, dass seine Mutter gestorben ist. Das tut Margarita sehr leid, sie kannte die freundliche alte Dame. Auf der anderen Seite macht die Mitteilung ihr Hoffnung, dass es vielleicht doch noch mit ihr und Grigori klappen könnte. Aber dann will er von ihr die Bestätigung dafür, dass seine Mutter eines natürlichen Todes gestorben sei... (www.film-zeit.de)
