Synopsis in German
Am Isarurfer wird die Leiche von Werner Hübner gefunden. War es eine Eifersuchtstat oder hat der einst erfolgreiche Grafiker die Schließung seines Studios nicht verkraftet, wie man munkelt? Familie Hübner trifft es hart: Anne Hübner steht allein da mit Sohn René, Tochter Julia und dem Leukämie-kranken Pflegekind Salima, das über eine Stiftung nach München gekommen ist. Die Ermittlungen führen die Münchner Hauptkommissare Ivo Batic und Franz Leitmayr in das Krankenhaus von Prof. Frey und Dr. Jahnn. Dort werden Kinder exklusiv behandelt, die gegen Bezahlung Aufnahme bei Münchner Familien gefunden haben.

Batic und Leitmayr fragen sich, was die Ursache für die häufigen wütenden Ausfälle des Familienvaters gewesen sein könnten, von dem die angesehenen Mediziner und die anderen Pflegeeltern berichten. Im Umfeld des Klinikpersonals findet sich kein Motiv. Viel zu sehr ist man damit beschäftigt, endlich ein wirksames Mittel gegen die Blutkrebskrankheit auf den Markt zu bringen. (ndr Presse)
