Synopsis in German
Lilli wird von ihrer Mutter, die ein Landgasthaus führt, zur Meisterköchin ausgebildet. Um die Welt kennenzulernen, geht Lilli nach Berlin. Dort beeindruckt den amerikanischen Chef ihres Hausherrn ihre Kochkunst derart, dass er Lili abwirbt und für seinen Haushalt in New York engagiert. Lilli fliegt mit dem Privatsekretär William nach New York, wo sie ihren unbekannten Chef nach allen Regeln der Kunst bekocht. Bei einem Spaziergang lernt sie einen jungen Mann kennen, in den sie sich schließlich verliebt.... (3Sat Presse)
