Hannes kommt nach acht Jahren endlich aus dem Gefängnis. Obwohl er unschuldig war, ist er damals für einen Mord verurteilt worden, den ihm sein Ex-Kompagnon untergeschoben hat. Da nun sein Ruf zerstört ist, bekommt er in St. Pauli keine Chance mehr, ein normales Leben zu führen, seinen alten Beruf kann er nicht wieder aufnehmen. Hannes sinnt auf Rache und beschließt, den wahren Täter zu überführen. Moralische Unterstützung erhält er dabei von einem Mädchen, das sich später als seine Tochter herausstellt. (filmportal.de)
