Als kleiner Junge schon verliert der junge, englischstämmige Südafrikaner P.K. seine Eltern. Er muss die heimische Farm verlassen und kommt auf ein Internat unter Leitung holländisch-französisch-deutscher Afrikaner. Dort bekommt er schon bald den Hass der Afrikaner zu spüren, die unter der britischen Herrschaft gelitten haben. Doch P.K. lernt schnell, sich im Boxring gegen den grausamen Alltag der Wirklichkeit zur Wehr zu setzen und entwickelt sich zum Champion. (ARD Presse)
