Remarks and general Information in German: «Die deutsche Antwort auf "Nanook, der Eskimo": Im Wettlauf mit amerikanischen Konkurrenten begeben sich die Polarforscher Larsen, Svendsen und Eriksen auf eine gefahrvolle Expedition in die Arktis. Auf Grönland werben sie den Eskimo Milak als Hundeführer an. Während Svendsen mit dem Schiff die Küste entlang fährt, machen sich Larsen, Eriksen und Milak per Schlitten auf zum Nordkap. Beide Gruppen bestehen zwischen Gletscherspalten, Schneestürmen und Eisbären zahlreiche Abenteuer und Gefahren. Schließlich geht der Proviant zuende.
