Eine Wohnungszusammenlegung, der Abbruch einer Mauer, schafft aus zwei kleinen Wohnungen eine große. Sieben junge Leute ziehen ein – eine Wohngemeinschaft. Sie alle wollen ihre Vorstellungen vom Leben und Zusammenleben verwirklichen, es stellt sich aber heraus, dass diese ungenau sind. Der Alltag schafft Probleme und als das Karussell wechselnder Beziehungen unter den WG-Mitgliedern sich immer rascher zu drehen beginnt, endet das ständige Umziehen von einem Zimmer ins andere vor den Augen des erstaunten Hausmeisters mit dem Wiederaufbau der Trennwand zwischen zwei Wohnungen.
