Mit ihren rund 40'000 Einträgen zum frühen deutschen Kino war dies immer eine wertvolle und geschätzte Quelle. Leider ist nicht absehbar, wann die Daten wieder im Netz verfügbar sein werden, diesbezügliche Anfragen blieben unbeantwortet.

Wir haben in unserer Datenbank Links zu gut zweitausend Filmen der *German Early Cinema Database* gespeichert, und zum grossen Teil die Angaben zu den Filmen erweitert. Bis die originalen Daten wieder erreichbar sind, hoffen wir dadurch wenigstens einige Lücken zu schliessen.
