Synopsis in German
Weil er bei der Beförderung übersehen wurde, entschließt sich Regierungsrat Dittchen (Otto Wallburg) durch eine Razzia in dem eher zweifelhaften Weekendhotel "Zum Paradies" seine Vorgesetzten auf seine Tüchtigkeit aufmerksam zu machen. Die Aktion erweist sich beruflich als sehr förderlich, der einsatzfreudige Beamte wird in der Folge Ober-Regierungsrat, Ministerialrat und schließlich Ministerialdirektor. Daran nicht unschuldig ist der Umstand, dass er einen erheblichen Teil seiner Vorgesetzten bei der Aktion in eben jenem Hotel aufgreift.
