Synopsis in German
Die Fabrikanten Seiffert (E. A.) und Rainer (H. H.) wollen ihre Firmen fusionieren. Nicht teilnehmen will Rainers Sohn Paul (H. W.), da er der Nichte Seifferts, Katja (M. L.), aus dem Weg gehen will: Er interessiert sich ausschließlich für Schauspielerinnen und Sängerinnen. Katja fasst den Plan, den jungen Mann zu erobern. Sie nimmt ihr Gesangsstudium wieder auf und wird am Theater von Direktor Petermann (O. Wallburg) engagiert. Für Aufregung sorgt des Weiteren das Engagement des Laufburschen des Delikatessengeschäftes, Franz Novak (S. S.), den der Direktor versehentlich ins Theater holt. Während Novaks Auftritt in einem Skandal endet, kann Katja ihren Paul erobern. (filmarchiv.at)
